Your custom ball is not just an object, it’s a special, one-of-a-kind creation that should be treasured and enjoyed for years to come. So here are some handy care instructions:

1. Do not leave your ball outside; it is not weatherproof and will likely become sad :(

2. Avoid leaving it in hot cars or extreme temperatures for prolonged periods of time….Heat stroke is no joke!

3.Don’t let your ball get deflated… remember to pump it up regularly.

4. A little dirt never hurt, but if your Mum says it needs a clean; a quick wipe down with a damp microfibre cloth will keep your ball looking fresh.

Oh no! Damaged or Defective Pieces:

Keep a keen eye out for any hiccups when your purchase arrives. If you think something's not quite right, let us know within 7 days! We want you to have a top-notch ball, and we’ll do everything in our power to make it happen.

While we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds for a simple change of mind. Our personalised goods are made just for YOU and let be honest there is only one you!

So how long will it take? Well, we’ll be working our magic to get your order to you as soon as we can. But to give you a rough estimate, you should have a tracking number for your order within 5 business days.
